HOW TO PAUSE AND RESUME DOWNLOADS ON TUBEMATE FOR ANDROID

You may not know that you can actually pause and resume downloads on tubemate but if you do perhaps do you do it intentionally for reasons such as saving for a future date, bad network or probably having a low battery at any given moment.

Here's how it goes tubemate is an application used for downloading and watching videos on YouTube on Android phones just like YouTube video downloader and real video downloader on PC.  Unlike other regular download managers or the examples above tubemate does not have the pause feature but nevertheless it has  a very reliable resume feature.

I will like this post to leave out the part of getting the movie or video you want and concentrate on the meat of this post which is on how to resume downloads using tubemate but you can check here for a tutorial on how to download videos using tubemate on your Android phone.

There are lots of situations or reasons why you will need to resume a download some of those reason includes download failures as l result of dropping of condition due to bad or weak network signals, battery or memory  running out just to name a few. During such situations or after such you will want to resume your downloads all you have to do is to click on the play list icon which is the third icon with a folder image located at the bottom of the screen.
The play list interface will load and here you will find all the videos you have downloaded.
Scroll down to the movie or video you want to resume and tap or select on it.
Tap or select resume on the option menu will pops up.
The movie or video will start downloading.

Now, pilling up downloads is way you store up or down videos you will like to download at a later time due to reasons best known by you. For instance, i have some episodes of interviews I want to download from a video blog. All I have to do is go to the video blog and click on the first video to start download and then go to the next video and do the same for other that is a maximum of 10 downloads on the queue.

To effectively queue the videos up go to the first video from either the task bar or the play list icon on the bottom of your screen and cancel each download starting from the first allowing them to download let's say 100kb or 1mb plus before moving to the next as this will prevent them from being wiped off when you clear your cache or temporary data.
